CITYCLEAN JUNK REMOVAL – TERMS & LEGAL NOTICE

By booking our services, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. All quotes are based on the volume, weight, and type of materials to be removed. Final pricing may change if the actual load differs from the original description.
2. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Customers must ensure that all items scheduled for removal are legally owned or authorized for disposal.
4. CityClean Junk Removal reserves the right to refuse the removal of hazardous materials, chemicals, explosives, biohazardous waste, or any items prohibited by law.
5. While every effort is made to prevent property damage, CityClean Junk Removal is not responsible for pre-existing damage or concealed defects on the property.
6. Customers are responsible for identifying and removing any valuable, personal, confidential, or sensitive items before service begins.
7. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
8. CityClean Junk Removal maintains the right to modify pricing, services, and terms without prior notice.
9. Any disputes arising from services provided shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

By accepting a quote or receiving service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
